Tom O’Neill

Consultant

Biography

Tom O’Neill began working with Victura as an intern in May 2025 and will start full time following his graduation from Marquette University in May 2026. During his internship, Tom developed his knowledge of the Government Contracting space while strengthening his Excel and financial modeling skills through hands on project experience, including time and billing analysis, journal entry adjustments, financial modeling, and supporting client deliverables.
